How many PTO days do I get?

At Zenzeker, we prioritize the well-being of our employees by providing Paid Time Off (PTO) to ensure you have the opportunity to rest and recharge. The number of PTO days you have is determined by your employment group (or "CAO" in Dutch) and length of service.

PTO Days for All Employees

Standard Annual PTO Allocation: All employees at Zenzeker receive a total of 25 PTO days each year.

Additional PTO Days for Group2 Employees

Group2 employees are eligible for additional PTO days based on their length of service with the company. Here’s how the bonus PTO days are allocated:

• 1 Year of Service: 25 standard PTO days + 1 bonus PTO day = 26 total PTO days
• 2 Years of Service: 25 standard PTO days + 2 bonus PTO days = 27 total PTO days
• 3 Years of Service: 25 standard PTO days + 3 bonus PTO days = 28 total PTO days
• 4 Years of Service: 25 standard PTO days + 4 bonus PTO days = 29 total PTO days
• 5 Years of Service or More: 25 standard PTO days + 5 bonus PTO days = 30 total PTO days
