For Group1 Employees
- Eligibility: Group1 employees are eligible for a sabbatical after completing 72 months (6 years) of continuous employment with Zenzeker.
- Duration: Eligible employees can take a 6-week sabbatical.
- Usage: The sabbatical can be used for various purposes, such as travel, personal projects, volunteering, or further education.
For Group2 Employees
- Eligibility: Group2 employees are eligible for a sabbatical after completing 48 months (4 years) of continuous employment with Zenzeker.
- Duration: Eligible employees can take a 2-week sabbatical.
- Usage: The sabbatical can be used for various purposes, such as travel, personal projects, volunteering, or further education.
